 + -1 moreI called a day or so in advance and they arrived first thing (9am) Saturday morning. They were very professional and performed the work in a about an hour. I was happy with the resulting cleanliness of the carpet. A few of things to remember: Ask them where they will dump the dirty water. They dumped it right outside of my side door without asking. They left the bathroom a bit dirty. I expected to not find a trace of dirt or dried soap. It took about 2 minutes to clean, so not an issue. I spent a lot more than I expected. I would advise asking them what the total cost will be before you do everything and be clear what the cost will be before they start. They are straight forward about the price, as they're selling you each service. Just be sure to discuss ALL potential products and costs before they start. It's always better to make and informed decision before someone starts their work. Having said all this, they do a good job and I would recommend them.
Description of Work: My carpet was steam cleaned and protected with an additional product.

 + -1 moreShe did a pretty good job. I also asked them to clean my rental units I own and they collected the charge from my friends as I was not available. Infact, they did not take any payment, until I inspected the place. Julio Cachay was the lady, who did 3 units for me for a cost of $250, but did a pretty nice job. She responded to my calls immediately and I will definitely use her services in future.
