Forgive the crudity of my explanations. I'm not well versed in the proper terminology, so my descriptions may be crude. First, just week after a scheduled cleaning, the unit inside my home backed up because it was dirty and there was a blockage in it. This caused an overflow of water that caused me to have to replace about a third of the ceiling in my living room . This was approx 2010. The second incident occurred 5/2/14. Again after routine maintenance, my 2 year old outdoor unit began to rumble and rattle when the ac kicked on. It was working just fine before they got there. They of coarse want be to spend money on replacing the INDOOR component, which they say is the cause of the noise. When I complained to the service manager, he said that there may be a blockage somewhere that can be simply "blown out" with nitrogen in the line. He said he would send somebody. They were a no show for 3 days. The excuse? I needed to call and schedule that visit!

It went well. They checked the unit promptly, letting us know the unit is not working to full capacity. This is something we were fairly sure was going on due to our high electric bills during the summer. The part cannot be replaced because no one can figure out who the manufacturer of the unit is. There are no serial numbers or other distinguishing information located anywhere on the outside unit. We purchased the property about 2.5 years ago and at that time the home inspector could not locate this information either. The repairman suggested scheduling a time with a sales rep to access our needs. That is the next step.

The guy from Jackson Heating and Air is great. He's been quick with his response time. When he's in the area, he will call and check to see if there's any problem. They were quick with the design. They would look for the cheapest prices on the quality parts. They're not trying to overcharge me.

They came out same day as I called. They installed the new device. The device was expensive but has worked well . They were punctual and professional. Have he other emergency HVAC work done by them and they come out same day or next day and did good work. A little high but again worth it for the quality and quick service

They were a recommendation from a friend. They are very friendly and reasonable on their pricing. They do a good job.

They seemed very efficient and professional. It has worked terrifically. I would use them again in fact I have signed a maintenance agreement with them where they will come twice a year and do whatever is needed.

Anytime I have had a problem they come out right away. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I use Jackson Heating and Air Conditioning they are located at 401 Columbus Parkway Columbus GA. I purchased my air conditioning from them three years ago, I also purchased a contract with them to come out two times a year to inspect the air conditioning unit. They were here in November to do the inspection and I paid them $130.00 dollars. I'm very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them.

They are very good, they are always prompt, and they try to get to us as quickly as possible.

First, they never called with an estimate to fix the unit. They returned on Jan 15 to perform the next 6-month service. I was informed that the compressor IS important for heating and is responsible for my $600/month utility bills! The service-man found a note in my file telling them to quote me on labor and contact me with costs to replace the part. Then he spent hours fiddling with my "brand new, sold to me by them, installed by them" upstairs unit and said he had no idea what was wrong. It would not accept refrigerant. He thought it might be a small leak that they could solder. I reminded him that the unit is under warranty and they any defective parts should be replaced not repaired. This company left me with a bad compressor and $600/month utility bills (I blamed it on a bad hot water heater - little did I know). They never called me back to quote the new unit - although they HAD to know that the bad compressor WAS affecting the unit's ability to perform properly - again, that's not what I heard from the first technician. And now my back-up unit is down and they have no idea what is wrong.

It went well but one month later our air conditioner started leaking because they did not flush the line. They did not charge me for them to come out to fix it but they should have flushed the line in the first place.
