About us
Our business is for those jobs too small for a large contractor, but too big for the homeowner to feel comfortable doing on their own. HMP is a single subcontractor with additional labor resources when the job requires more than 1 person. We use Work For Hire Agreements to establish the services provided, dollar amounts agreed upon and draw schedules if the job requires more than 1 week to complete. We also provide invoices and receipts for customers to keep for their own records. We always require half payment up front and the balance to be paid as agreed upon between HMP and the customer.
