The cleaning team came for two days in a row ($249 each visit) and they were amazing! They were very friendly and helpful and they got the job done!!!! They are a bit pricey for the Valley, Al area but they come from Auburn where prices are higher.

We ordered the Deep Clean and De-Clutter service to get prepared for a home-inspection for refinancing.  The company was responsive in communicating with us via e-mail reminders of the appointment.  On the scheduled day, although the ladies were running a bit late, they notified us via telephone.  The company sent three ladies to tackle the job, which was a BIG job.  They got to work arranging, organizing, and cleaning.  They stayed the agreed upon amount of time and did a good job.  We couldn't have made a good impression on the inspector without them!

The crews sent by ECC have been great: personable & professional. I had a REALLY dirty house with a bug problem. A classic case of CHAOS (can't have anyone over). They could have made me really uncomfortable over this but they were matter-of-fact and cheerful and got right to work improving my home. They have worked for five or six sessions now at between 2 and 4 hours each to thoroughly clean a few rooms at a time and the house is clean, sweet-smelling and Tidy. I am so happy with the service I have decided to keep them coming back regularly for maintenance cleaning. Ms Winston, the owner, has been prompt and thorough with her communications. I have a PayPal account which they started for billing and as far as I am concerned that is ideal because I don't like to keep money or write checks, I can even add tips that way if I want. I would say their prices are on the high side but not exorbitant. I feel the prices offer value because I don't get anyone rude, stupid or difficult in my personal space. The workers sent by ECC have been nice but not overly familiar which I appreciate.
