Sorry typed in wrong box and don't want to do it over so will describe services here. Replaced entire roof. Work was done on Gay Street, Auburn Alabama.

crew ysRoofers showede up at 8:30 am. I had expected them at 7:30 but then realized they operated on Central Time and I was on Eastern Time so they were not late. Went to work immediately on my mobile home roof with three very capable Hispanic workers. Originally thought the job would take about a day but with the size of the roof area, 2,000 sq. ft.+ house, having to replace all the seals and an area of defective roof paneling, it stretched into two days which was not a problem. They also replaced all of the roof vents which had corroded extensively. They also took great care in removing my TV sattelite antenna and reinstalling it to maintain proper alignment. The job was completed on the second day with a complete and very thorough cleanup of all shingles, paper, and nails to include dragging heavy magnets through the yard to pick up stray nails. Work crew and foreman were all friendly and very professional in their job. Would not hesitate to call them again. Have had no problems with the new roof installation

Our roof was impaled by a limb. I called East Alabama Roofing and spoke to Mr. Brown in the afternoon on Friday. He made an appointment with us and came out the next morning, which was a Saturday, made a temporary repair and then arranged to do the work the next day. He warned us that the replacement shingles may not match perfectly, but said he would do his best. He did a beautiful job and was able to match our shingles perfectly. You cannot even tell the roof was repaired. He inspected the roof and found that our pipe boots had been damaged by squirrels. He pointed out that you could see into the attic from the roof (and he was 100% correct because when we looked we could see the sky through the roof in the attic). He took the time and made the repairs immediately (ahead of a forecasted rain storm). He was prompt, courteous, conscientious, and we felt that we received a GREAT value for the money we spent. I am beyond pleased with his service.

The team arrived early and worked throughout the day and completed the roof in the early evening. They showed me the damaged wood they replaced and kept me informed. They did an excellent job.
