I also have gone to them for advice and they don't charge me anything. I have a John Deere edger and they don't work on it and they sent me to another store. They are just really knowledgeable. They have been doing this for a long time. They are willing to help. What is good about this guys is that even if you are a woman they don't treat you like your not an idiot.
