Description of Work: They completely eliminated pet odor from carpet that our cat had been having accidents on. The cost was higher due to the amount of chemicals he had to use to get the odors eliminated. The best $500 dollars I've spent in a while. I highly recommend this firm and I will most certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Staff arrived approx. 1hr late; Apologetic and courteous once they arrived. Reluctant to move larger pieces of furniture; Initial appearance of carpet cleaning was excellent, but faded after 3 weeks. Stain proctectant application is a waste of money
