Very good. I seldom need to point out anything they missed. Usually I just point out, in advance, special problem areas that they should address more thoroughly than usual.

Excellent. I called and spoke with Jim Broach (the owner) personally and scheduled a cleaning for Friday. He gave me an arrival time of 10:00 - 10:15 am. Jim and his wife arrived at 10:08 am. Jim's estimate of the cleaning based on my description over the phone was $100 and that was what I was charged. The house was extremely dusty due to on-going construction in the master suite. The house had also not had an in-depth cleaning for a while (we're a working couple :-). Jim and his wife set to work cleaning the house and were done in a little over an hour. They did a thorough job. I only had to follow up with one item (cobwebs at the top of a 20' chain in the dining room. Jim got them with an extension brush without any complaint (the tools were mostly put in their van already) then he went around the house and double-checked every room for missed cobwebs. I have decided to contract with them for on-going services every two weeks/twice a month, which Jim says will cost around $120 per month. When the remodel in the master suite is complete, I will also have them clean that area, since they said they specialize in post-construction cleaning.
