There were so many repairs that had to be done that I didn't know where to start. He was willing to work with us a bit in the beginning, but that didn't last long at all. One major problem to give you an example of how bad it was, they ran a drainage pipe over a rock instead of moving the big rock in the first place. We ended up with our yard flooded. It was if they threw it together as fast as they could so they could move on.

They did an excellent job constructing the home. We have been very pleased with them. What we liked the most, was the attention they paid to details. They had a good customer service and they seemed to really care about their customers. They had great follow up work that was impressive.
