H N R Plumbing

This time around  Martin from H n R Plumbing would not return a singe phone call after calling him over a period of two months (trying both his cell and office numbers).  After numerous attempts, finally someone from the office called back a few weeks later to say that they no longer do residential house calls.

H n R always does a nice job. They covered over the marks left in the lawn. They went over the initial estimate of $600, and it is hard to get in touch with them sometimes. The workers were very nice.

Martin was the nicest gentleman to work with, such a pleasant guy. He and his employees installed all of the plumbing in our new house which included moving our well tank from outside to our house and also following some healthy house guidelines which he didn't seem to mind doing at all. They were very friendly each time they came out and explained what was going on as well. There were some issues that came about with our drinking water system that we selected that had to be worked through but Martin seemed to be up for the job. The only things that didn't go perfect were some leaks that occurred after we moved in which his company fixed promptly and an overage on a plumbing fixture which was not the one that we had needed that he couldn't return (he tried speaking with the plumbing company manager but couldn't get a refund; the builder may have eaten the cost on this). We sure appreciated Martin coming out on a Saturday morning when we had some important issues that came up after we moved in and he got it fixed right away. I'm not for sure what the final plumbing bill was. Our plumbing job was a big one and H n R Plumbing did a fine job for us.
