Beware this company! Our experience was awful, as the agent and his broker told us two distinctly different, and mutually exclusive, stories about how a problem arose (who was telling the truth)? The broker, and another of her agents refused to return our phone calls. The sales agent failed to fully inform us of crucial contractual details related to a purchase offer. I would say that I had yet to meet anyone in that office who acted professionally, other than the helpful receptionist. Back when the market was good, and houses sold themselves, they were probably adequate representatives. Now that the market has tightened, their lack of knowledge and professionalism shows in their inability.
