Great, they are very knowledgeable and professional. They are flexible with appointments and take walk-in visits. They will be our new vet for all our pets

The Vet checked her over, took X-Rays and told us there was really nothing that could be done to improve her quality of life.  She told us to take our time with our pet and when we were ready she would come back to the exam room.  We did spend time with our beloved dog.  They asked if we wanted to stay or wait outside.  Of course we stayed with our "puppy".  A few day's later a card was mailed to us from the clinic.  Everyone on the staff signed it.  The have shown compassion to our pet and to us.  We will always be grateful.

Dr. Bean and the other Vets are wonderful with all of our animals.  When Dr. Price passed away (my family's Vet since before I was born), I was faced with finding a new Vet.  After a lot of research I found Branchville Animal Hospital not far from me.  They had just opened.  I went in without my animals to find out more about them.  Dr. Bean showed me around and made me feel comfortable with the facility and with his knowledge as a veterinarian.  My pets have been with him the past 8 years.  I've seen the practice grow (a lot) and the new Vets he has brought in to help out are just as wonderful as Dr. Bean.  They care about the animals and the owners.  The girls working the desk are all friendly and very helpful.  The assistants are wonderful and are all very caring.
My most recent visit I saw Dr. Towns and she took care of my little Shih Tzu girl late in the day around 5pm. She's had problems with her knee and Dr. Towns examined her and suggested x-rays for a closer look at the situation.  I consented to the x-rays (hence the higher price for the visit)
and it was confirmed she most probably needed surgery.  What I appreciate most is that they referred her to an Orthopedic specialist for the surgery.  I was informed they do the surgery at the clinic, but not for the severity that my little girl is at.  That confirmed to me that this clinic does have the animals' needs in mind first.  Dr. Towns had the referral appointment setup the very next morning.
This is the first vet office that my dogs are actually excited about visiting!  We've boarded the dogs for 7 nights before and they came home happy as can be.  This is a knowledgeable, safe, clean, happy, friendly clinic and the animals sense and react to that.
I would recommend Dr. Bean and staff to everyone.  My family drives all the way from Hoover to see him for their 5 pets!

The veterinarian, Dr. Bean is good. We have been with him since 2005. He is really very professional and does a good job. He knows what to do for the cats and the dogs. He is very kind not just to the cats and dogs but he is also kind to people. He really is a wonderful veterinarian. The other doctors he has working with him also know what they are doing and they do a good job. He has a very nice clinic. It is very clean and I think that is what stands out. When we board the dog we think it is usually about $20 a night. The last time we used them, we spent probably at least $150 or more for the actual treatment and boarding. We would definitely continue to use them in the future.
