Roof looks really good and professional. As do the gutters. But, the vinyl shutters to match roof materials have yet to be picked up and installed after Ronnie's signed contract stated it would be done to "complete the contact" and allow for payment rendering. We made the mistake of believing he would actually go get the shutters he had ordered (And were paid for!) and come back to "finish the contract agreement". It appears now his business may not even be legitimate!! There is no "Alabama Metal Roofing & Vinyl Siding" licensed here in Walker County, Alabama to do business. A flier found in a window at one of Jasper's malls is where his business name was found. He's not in the phone book!!

"The member was totally obsene about the shutters. I explained it would take 10 - 14 business days for shutters to come in because you have to order them special made. She called everyday cussing on voicemail leaving threats on the phone. I offered to pay another contractor to install shutters. The member was leaving phyco voicemails on company phone. I was scared to go back."
