It turned out great and there were no problems. They come out quarterly. I have a $75 quarterly contract with them and then I have an annual termite contract, too. I have chemical allergies so they do not spray inside, but they would for the same price if I would let them in. They are usually here when they say so.

It has been just fine. We haven't had any visible signs of termite damage. They were friendly. The man who checked the house put shields on his shoes so he didn't track through the carpets or anything. He was very thorough. He was very friendly and I paid the bill. The bond we carry with them is being handled properly. We haven't compared their price. They put in the stations around the house. They were very professional. My only complaint is that the bill came and the service wasn't even scheduled. I will continue to use them because it is very hard to get a new bond and they hold the bond.

I called Terminix and they had a professional gentleman out to my house to do a pest evaluation of my home. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail and you could tell he took pride in his work and was trained very well. He was so friendly and courteous. It is rare that anybody goes above and beyond anymore but he sure did. I signed up for the service on the spot and I had a technician at my house to start the service the same day. I saw results immediately. My problem was worse than I originally thought but the inspector explained why I was having a problem and exactly what Terminix was going to do for me. It was one of the best decisions I have made. I love their professionalism. I was very uneasy when I called because of the reputation of exterminators. I have to say that I was wrong. The service is done quarterly with free visits if I have problems between services. The peace of mind for basically $25 a month is priceless!!!
