Everything was done in the process o floors and to my time frame

The laying of the hardwood was done very good. The problem was two fold1. The workers were not very punctual. It took an extra day to get the job done because they did not show up to work as well as being called back in several times to fix problems. We waited one evening for them to show (according to store employee) but they never did.2. Although the floor was put down nicely, the followup trim work was unacceptable. They had to be called in several times to fix the problem and one is still iffy. Only after the owner came out was the problem fixed to our satisfaction
Overall, the job was ok. The floors look very nice.
I would probably use the company again, but with more concrete instructions at the onset of the project.
