The electrician was prompt, and very professional. They quickly replaced the conduit and electrical meter on the house so that the power company could reconnect the power to the house without delay. After the work was completed, a supervisor arrived to inspect the work, and they called the power company and told them everything was in place and ready for power reconnect. The supervisor and electrician waited for the power company to arrive and reconnect the power to the house, then another inspection was conducted after the power was turned on to ensure everything was working and safe. Note: The $1000.00 cost of service is an estimate since the home owners insurance company dealt with the cost of service, and I did not have direct dealing in the cost matter. The cost could of repair may have been higher since this was tree damage to electrical components.

I called PATCO on a Tuesday to get someone to find and fix an electrical gremlin in my new house. (A handful of outlets?some inside, some outside, some upstairs, some downstairs?weren't providing full, consistent charge.) The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for me for Thursday morning.
Thursday morning, I received a call from Donnie who said he'd be right over. And he was! He asked me what the problem was and before I even finished explaining what was happening he started nodding and said he had an idea what was going on.
His theory was that an outside outlet at the back of the house had gotten wet and maybe had broken, causing the circuit to lose connectivity. Sure enough, the outlet was cracked in half, at least one wire had come loose and all of it seemed to be caused by a faulty gasket around the cover. It was really an amazing display of expertise for him to be so completely right before he ever even saw the outlet. (It's like he's done this before!)
He was in and out in half an hour. Really first rate service. I'd be happy to work with him again (though I hope I never need to).

They were on time and the work went fine. t. They took about 15 minutes and charged $125 which I thought was too much.

I was very pleased with Patco Electrical Contractors. Their prices were reasonable. They were very personable, very knowledgeable fellow who volunteered all sorts of information and service. They told me they did not have any time. They were flexible in scheduling time with me.

When no one else would return our calls, Patco found a way to fit us into their busy schedule.
