They were very helpful with the total unit replacement following the tornado and worked with my insurance company to get the systems replaced. My only complaint was that one of the employees destroyed a replacement thermostat from the old system that I was hoping to keep, but given the heat, number of workers in-and-out of the house, and the volume of work they must have been completing during that time period, I don't hold that against them: mistakes happen.
The tech who came out to replace my heater strips was helpful. The system was still under warranty and I was only charged for the labor.
