On Sunday night the hot water heater stopped working. I called Jolly Hand C to speak with a technician about the problem. He called back within 5 minutes, answered my questions, and said they would set up an appointment on Monday morning. Before 8:30 am on Monday, a lady called to confirm an appt. for later that day. The technician arrived around 3 pm. He was very polite and very efficient in diagnosing which part had stopped working on the tankless water heater.
The part was ordered and it was estimated that on Thursday it would be repaired. Instead, the part came in Wednesday and he immediately came out and repaired the water heater.
I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and quality of service that I received.

Excellent experience. They arrived on time , were very careful about not causing any damage to furniture carpet pu any household items. Work was fast and professional, they cleaned up behind themselves and we are very satisfied and wpold call them again.

They are very prompt, very efficient and very conscientious. Their prices are competitive.

Overall great job they did a better job than the one they replaced and unit is working great very happy with their service and performance
