DECORATORS PLUS

I found this group in the yellow pages and they came over to the house with samples. I selected the fabric and color and ordered drapes for my living room, my front door and my dining room. I love the color and texture, but they were pretty wrinkled when they hung them and I asked if they would press them or something, and they looked at me like I was stupid. I ordered additional curtains from them for the front bedroom and the garage windows. Again, the material is wonderful, but I asked them if my garage curtains would match the others in the front of the house, they never pointed out that they were shades vs curtains and the front of the house looked horrible when all was closed up. So, I moved the shades to the side of the house but was disappointed that they did not think to tell me that before I ordered, especially because I ASKED them if it would all match. After spending more on silk drapes then I did on my first car, two years later the curtain rods have pulled out sheetrock and tore up my walls. Nothing was anchored to a stud. I called and asked Angie about this , and again, she had the attitude that I was stupid. I did not receive a call back. I guess you don't always get what you pay for. (That's what my husband said.) I would have appreciated a call back and perhaps some professional suggestions at the very least. Very disappointed.
