Description of Work: First, Let's talk estimate. The lady came out and was very friendly. She remembered my house and stated that she was certain we looked at both walls. She was right and I was, pleasantly, surprised. However, neither of us could remember (I couldn't find my earlier notes) what my plan had been. She left me feeling confident and secure that no strange pricing would occur. |Now, about installation. The guy came, measured, installed, cleaned and was gone like a puff of smoke. I'm sure he was there less than two hours (probably barely an hour). He cleaned most of his debris (I found an odd installation item or two, nothing significant) and was fairly quiet, given the drilling, etc. I do remember that something with the wall (plaster) gave him pause. He called me into the room showed me his concern and went about fixing things. |Price, Responsiveness and Professionalism are B+, not quite A but ALMOST! I would DEFINITELY use them again.
