"I do apologize for you being unhappy. Originally, we were to be there at 8am but after the power company was not going to be there until 9am, we let you know and it was agreed upon for our company to be there at 9am. I do not know any other company that would pay their employees to stand around for an hour. When our electrician called you, he was already in Dothan and had already been to one supply house. You say that you took off of work for two days but you told our electrician that you were going to be off on Thursday and Friday that one of those days would be good. Thursday was agreed upon. I do not understand why you would take off for two days when you were told that your service would be changed out and power back on by 3pm the same day. As far as him having four days to get what was needed, he has been really busy lately and hasn't had time to and to be fair, you threw the whole thing out when he called you (which I feel was the right thing) and let you know he would be 30 minutes late. Had he already purchased everything needed, he would be wasting even more gas to take the parts back. I am sorry 30 minutes caused you to get that mad."
