We researched via phone and internet to find the right person for pest control and termite service. This person is a great salesman. However, about a week after we signed on with him, he sold our contract to another business as ordered by the Courts of Alabama. He did not let us know our contract had been sold. He continued to take our phone calls and until last week we were in the dark on our contracts whereabouts. Very thankful we continued to dig and figure out where our contract was and what the status and care taken was. This person is not licensed. He was not applying poison correctly and was mismanaging accounts. The court system has intervened and he is no longer allowed to perform services within 50 miles of Madison County, AL.
