Mr. Grantham built a deck with a roof on it for us with handrails. The deck is very well built and Mr. Grantham built it exactly as we wished. He showed up daily and answered any questions we had and modified anything we asked him to. The price was reasonable and he was very professional; it was most apparent he knew what he was doing.

Mr. Grantham stayed true to his quote. This project as 3 phases. I
have an estimate for "phase II" and as soon as I can, I will have him
scheduled to come out and begin work.
