Excellent as always.  Mark Keat is a very hard working very nice man to work with.  We have used his services for 8 years and have been happy with the quality of his work and the cost each and every time.

This time Mark inspected and did a fall maintenance on our 15 year old HVAC system (bought the house in August 2015).  Figured it was on its last legs.  Surprisingly Mark said it was in decent condition and should make it through the heating season and probably a while longer.

Everyone around us with similarly aged systems have already replaced theirs.  So we know it is coming.  Was great to know ours was safe to use and that nothing seemed to be on its last legs or worrisome.

Mark also gave us an estimate on replacing the system when its time comes.

Mark came out about 6 months before this expansion valve went out and told us the noise we were hearing was probably the valve. He did not charge us anything for the visit. When the valve went out, he replaced it. Great guy. Worked with us since my hubby can fix the easier parts of the HVAC system.

Mark arrived on time, as usually. Was fully prepared to do the work requested, as usual. Did the work quickly and efficiently, as usually. Was pleasant, clean and professional -- as usual.
We built our house five years ago. We had two warranty issues since then, the first the installer was swamped and asked Mark Keat of Central Heating and Air to fill in for them. He called us to confirm his arrival time and then arrived when he said he would.
A few years later had an unrelated non-warranty issue and Mark again was prompt, efficient, and affordable.
This time our units had just passed the five year mark and we wanted to make sure they were in good shape for the winter season ahead. Called Mark and he was able to come out when it was convenient to me the next afternoon. He was on time and did the work quickly and neatly.
We have recommended him to others and all have been pleased with his work. I wish I'd been on Angie's list sooner so I could have put in glowing recommendations in the past.
Heck even my dog loves Mark!
