Lawn Service
This was a terrible experience. His quote for the work was reasonable and prompt, but after I agreed to have him do the work, he disappeared. It took him a month to get around to doing any work at all. He was unapologetic about the delays, despite me having pestered him to get it done.
Once he had finished part of the job, he immediately wanted payment. I reminded him that he had agreed to do a lot more than just hauling off the branches.
Gerry disappeared for a few more months. Then in March (five months after asking him to do the work) he sent me a bill with a note that read, "SORRY I CAN'T FINISH THE BACK SO HERES A INVOICE FOR HALF". I told him that half of $400-500 is not $300. Told him I would pay him $250 and his entire text reply was "What ever".
I will not be using him again.
