The guy was friendly, cooperative and honest. He was very informative. We think he wanted the second opinion as backup for himself. We haven't paid him yet but the cost will be in the neighborhood of $150 because of our home warranty. They did decide that we needed a new water heater. His price was excellent. We would absolutely hire him again.
