Very knowledgeable, explained how pump worked, and made helpful suggestions for care of system. Workers were very careful replacing dirt and pine straw.

Jason and crew did a fantastic job cleaning out my septic tank. All three guys on the job were courteous and professional. They worked fast and efficiently, and left everything just as they found it. Jason gave me quick rundown on condition of the tank, told me I could wait a little longer between cleanouts next time,  and gave me pointers for maintaining a healthy bacterial environment within the tank. Beyond that, I don't have detailed comments to offer because everything was perfect--and they were the lowest of three quotes with a discount for using Angie's List on top of that.
Reliable Septic Service is a prime example of why Angie's List works so well. I found a company I'd never heard of and received fantastic service at a great price. Reliable Septic Service's Angie's List discount more than covered my annual renewal for Angie's List.

Came out to our house multiple times to a**** whether the ground was dry enough....very conscientious about damaging the yard.  Great communication - called and texted with me to ensure I knew what was going on.  Gave us great suggestions on ways we could try and handle a field line issue without doing any major repairs.  If these suggestions don't do the trick, we will call Reliable to come out and help us fix the problem.

Jason and his crew were very professional and pleasant. They arrived at the appointed time and were very efficient.  The crew came first to locate the tank and prepare the site to be cleaned. They dug up rocks that had been buried over and around the tank in years past. Jason came, with big tank truck, right as the crew was finishing prepping the site. They cleaned and vacuumed out the tank in no time. After the tank had been cleaned, they asked if we would like the rocks put back in their original place. We told them to just put the dirt back in place.  They replaced and leveled the dirt, replaced the grass, and ask if the job was done to our satisfaction. We told them they had done a good job. The crew went on to the next job prep site. Jason gave us the invoice and we made the check out for $275.00.  He told us that since we had booked the job through Angie's List the cost, with discount coupons, was only $247.50.  He did not have to point out that we were due a discount. We appreciate his honesty  and the job they did.  We would highly recommend Reliable Septic Service to everyone.  We intend to use them in the future. Jason must  have a sense of humor, because on the side of the tank truck it said, STOOL BUS 2 and on the crew's t-shirts it had, We literally take care of your business. Excellent - the company could not have been nicer they were responsive , kept in touch by phone ,arrived on time, explained what they were doing, were very professional and polite. Jason and the field crew were great to work with the job was done in under two hours, they cleaned up after they finished and the price was great - I am extremely satisfied.

They were absolutely fantastic!  I called because my septic tank alarm lights were completely off.  I knew the tank needed to be emptied as well so scheduled that to be done when they came to assess the pump issue.  Very prompt and very professional, plus extremely nice.  He looked at it and showed me what was wrong and it had been wired incorrectly when the house was built.  They had to come back out to dig the pump up but he assured me that if it didn't need to be replaced, they wouldn't say that it had to be, it may just be a part, but wanted me to be prepared with the worst case scenario and gave me the cost for that.  Unfortunately, the pump did have to be replaced but I felt confident that he was very trustworthy.  He also gave me the discount for finding him on Angie's List.  I have recommended them to several friends and I'd wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs septic service.

I can't give this provider enough praise!  They were a pleasure to work with.  I had out of town guests and a really really bad septic smell by the guest room.  Not a good combination!  Reliable worked with me to have someone out that day. The owner  came and he was prompt, a pleasure to work with and even diagnosed another problem that I had with plumbing.  He even pulled the weeds out of the grass he put back on top of the tank.  you can  hardly tell where he dug.

One word...awesome. How can I possibly get so ecstatic about septic tank service?!  But I am. The first thing I noticed was their logo on their truck "Your Fecal Matters to Us" and it really does to them!  Courteous-- Jason called to let me know he was running 15-30 mins behind.  These guys know what they're doing, and they do a great job, efficiently and thoroughly.  They filled the hole they dug up to get to the septic tank very well.  (Unlike the idiots from a different company that we hired last year to put in a new field line and they didn't even fill in the ground they dug up, we still have a gaping ditch in our backyard)  I regret not finding Jason sooner to put in those field lines.  They even made sure their hose wasn't crushing my flower beds, very thoughtful.  There is a certain level of care and respect of the homeowner's property in their work habits.  Price was very reasonable.  They honored the 10% coupon!  Very personable good guys, would highly recommend for any septic tank issues.

Our septic tank alarm was going off this morning.  Called Reiiable early and they arrived after lunch.  They diagnosed the problem as a bad pump and replaced it with a heavy-duty model.  They were very efficient, pleasant and professional.  We were very pleased with their service.  We are having them come back to pump out our septic system.  We used the coupon found on Angie's List for a 10% discount.

We had dealt with other services in the past, but no one had ever truly diagnosed our problem. They were well worth every penny!

They did a really good job. They were on-time, courteous and I'd use them again. They gave good suggestions.

Reliable was very communicative and they were honest with their assessment. They left the worksite in good cindition.

It went well.  We bought the house in April of this year.  The home inspection stated to have this done every five or six years, so I suspected it had never been done.  After finding Reliable on Angie's List yesterday, I called them and they came out promptly this morning and did the work.  They stated over the phone that it would cost $350.00, and since I found them on Angie's List, I would get a 10% discount, which they honored. The owner and the rest of the crew were friendly and professional.

They showed up the same day we called to give us an estimate, explained the issue and set up a repair date for the day after next.

Excellent service & job! They were all very nice, courteous, and professional. Trusting a provider is so important, and  these guys certainly earned my trust, and I will refer them to others.

Jason and an associate cleaned the septic tank at my home.  They were prompt, courteous, professional, and completed the task in around an hour.  Jason also offered some suggestions regarding a field line issue.  He was very friendly and personable.  He also honored the 10% discount coupon from Angie's List.  My impression of Jason is that he is an honest man that treats his customers fairly.  I will use Reliable Septic Service again in the future as I was very pleased with the results.
