The process was done professionally, quickly, and cleanly. They arrived a little late, around 11:50am after scheduling for 11am, but this is fine with me because they easily could have been held up by an emergency situation before my appointment. The access was difficult to get to and required moving a bush and they handled the situation very professionally and with special caution to not damage the bush more than necessary. The workers cleaned up the area nicely. Took maybe an hour overall. After emptying the septic tank, advice and a maintenance schedule was given. I would use them again in the future.

Very good; Although I called them for a clog, they replaced the 50 year old sink pipe because it was too corroded to snake without destroying it.

After uncovering the second lid they discovered the pipe leading to the tank was stopped up. Even though they are not plumbers they tried to unstop it. After a couple of tries the the pipe started emptying into the tank. We went in to flush the toilets and they didn't back up. They said the tanks were fine and didn't need to be pumped. They closed the lids and covered them back up. He didn't even charge my mom for it.
This company is appropriately named. They are very reliable. I will definitely use them when I have my tanks cleaned, and I will recommend them anyone who needs this service.

I called for a pump out of a septic that had not been pumped for 20 years.  no smells just needed pumped out.  Pursuaded to purchase a new septic. said field lines blocked.  got nervous and decided to go with it.   but had doubts.  turns out that they would not pump the old one first to see if the problem would be fixed.  they installed new one first.  
was some talk about my septic not being up to code but that is not their concern. my realtor said even though it is placement is not code or other that is between me and my buyer. I can find a buyer afterall I have used it that way since I bought home in 92. 
Also they mentioned that field lines were blocked but when the new install was being made the guy installing mentioned that the lines were not blocked.  Of course since they did a brand new install without trying to pump the old one first ......!!!
So here in lies the new problem.  No dirt to cover the septic.  I told the installer that I was ok with leaving dirt all piled up as long and he came back to move it 
and I explained I had problems with a tree being cut down and for 3 years I was still moving dirt off the site, little by little.   My point was just to leave my yard in good condition and make sure he came back and took care of excess later.   Well many days of rain, more than usual and no one will come back and put dirt in.  
They did leave a big pile of dirt on the tank but the rain washed it away and they will not come back and fix it.  Upon my first call to the installer he blew into me and told me that I had told him not to leave dirt.....and really talked smart and hateful so I stood up for myself and verbally told him that he was wrong.  I have called the owner for help multiple times and cannot get help.  
The pipes are exposed. Large holes of which my 3 lb dog can easily fall into.  I'll have to pay someone to come back.  So overall I realize now that I was completely taken advantage of and like most people that obtain all their money they don't come back and make things right in the end.   

They showed up on time and performed the job which they had explained to me when they estimated the job. They were in and out within a couple of hours. All for the exact price estimated. They did a good job and were nice and professional. The only minor thing I should have gotten a clearer understanding on was the condition of the yard afterward. It isn't a disaster or anything, but I had read on Angie's List where they had actually seeded the yard and spread straw for one person who had them come out and work. I should have spoken to them about this up front instead of expecting this, so I cannot ding Reliable Septic for something I failed to ask about. All in all, they did geat.

We couldn't be more pleased with the job done by Reliable Septic Services, LLC.  Jason and his team were very professional, courteous and honest.  They came on the agreed upon date and charged exactly what they said they would charge.  Jason called ahead like he said he would, to let us know that they were on the way.  They actually had to dig a 3 foot deep hole by hand to get to the tank and they did this without complaining.  Our septic tank had never been pumped out before and we had told them this when we set up the date for them to come out.  It would have been easy for them to have taken advantage of that fact and they did not.  I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing septic service assistance.

Since I am on Angie's list, I got a 10% discount (original price is 300 - 30 = 270).   
I was told that they would be here between 8 and 12 and I received a call at 7:30 to let me know they were on there way.   Jason, the owner, showed up first and he actually was working with his crew.    He is very courteous and professional.    It took about an hour from start to finish.
I would most definitely use Reliable Septic Service, LLC again and would recommend them to everyone.

Arrived at 8:00 am finished before 2:00pm installed over 200 feet new field lines. Great friendly people and wonderful to work with.

Reliable arrived at the designated time and performed septic tank inspection and subsequent pumping of solids. During the pumping process, it was discovered that the underlying issue was a clogged/broken discharge line or field line. Made an appointment for a follow-up to fully diagnose and repair the issue. Reliable arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Dates of service were 6/12/15 and 6/24/15. Costs were $292.50 and $750.00 for the two scopes of work which were consistent with other estimates. Reliable cheerfully applied an Angie's List discount to the first visit. Good people-from office representative to field hands. Highly recommend.

6 guys showed up and did everything necessary to complete the job. very nice, prompt, and clean...ish. it is a septic pumping after all. would recommend and will use them again.

When we called about the problem, septic fluids coming out of the ground, they offered several suggestions to try before they arrived. We had already tried those and knew it to be a problem with the septic system. We had been told that we would need an entirely new system. They waited until they came out to make any observations. After checking, they determined a much smaller project and made arrangements to come the following Wednesday. They dug a small ditch to reconnect the fields and cleaned out the area that was causing the problem. We were pleased with their punctuality and knowledge.

Called for help due to water draining slowly and backing up in the house.  Reliable understood the problem and was considerate to work me in this week, not making me wait through the weekend! 

Jason and his men were prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and HONEST!  They came as promised (calling to follow up with their ETA), quickly assessed the situation, and dug in the right area.  They were very careful with surrounding plants, bushes, and lawn, and even put what they dug up on a tarp so as not to make a mess in the grass.  After pumping the tank, they discovered a clog farther back in the line from the house that was caused by the high water level from recent rains.  They were able to unclog the blockage without bringing in additional equipment, saving me additional expenses. 

I appreciate how well Jason communicated and worked with me and with his men to get this job done.  Once the main work was done, they replaced the dirt and grass and plants, then washed up to leave the area clean. 

It is so nice to find a company that is trustworthy and reliable!!  They are well named!  Thanks, Angie's List.  If not for you, my problem could have been a disaster.  Instead, I found a great company that I will call again and also refer to others.
