This company is appropriately named. They are very reliable. I will definitely use them when I have my tanks cleaned, and I will recommend them anyone who needs this service.
"Thank you and we are glad we could help you guys out! We appreciate the good review!"
was some talk about my septic not being up to code but that is not their concern. my realtor said even though it is placement is not code or other that is between me and my buyer. I can find a buyer afterall I have used it that way since I bought home in 92.Â
Also they mentioned that field lines were blocked but when the new install was being made the guy installing mentioned that the lines were not blocked. Â Of course since they did a brand new install without trying to pump the old one first ......!!!
So here in lies the new problem. Â No dirt to cover the septic. Â I told the installer that I was ok with leaving dirt all piled up as long and he came back to move itÂ
and I explained I had problems with a tree being cut down and for 3 years I was still moving dirt off the site, little by little. Â My point was just to leave my yard in good condition and make sure he came back and took care of excess later. Â Well many days of rain, more than usual and no one will come back and put dirt in. Â
They did leave a big pile of dirt on the tank but the rain washed it away and they will not come back and fix it. Â Upon my first call to the installer he blew into me and told me that I had told him not to leave dirt.....and really talked smart and hateful so I stood up for myself and verbally told him that he was wrong. Â I have called the owner for help multiple times and cannot get help. Â
The pipes are exposed. Large holes of which my 3 lb dog can easily fall into. Â I'll have to pay someone to come back. Â So overall I realize now that I was completely taken advantage of and like most people that obtain all their money they don't come back and make things right in the end. Â Â
"We have checked our records and she called us the spring of 2015, we had it scheduled to clean the septic tank, we went out that day and told her the tank was under the steps and we would have to remove the steps at no extra charge and will put them back just like they were. She gave us the approval to do that, at that time we made her aware of the issues with her system and told her it would not pass inspection to sell her home (which at this time was not on the market but she told us she was thinking of selling) She called us back a couple months later and stated she was ready to put her house on the market and needed the work done. We scheduled to go back out to clean the existing tank and we would do the work to pass the inspection needed from there. After we finished our part she wanted us to haul off the excess dirt because she did not want her dogs to play in it. Our employees made her very aware that we leave a small mound of dirt for it to settle, if not, you will have a possible hole where the dirt settles. She demanded our guys take the dirt with them that day and they did at no extra charge. Everything was good and final bill was paid when we did the work in September. She called our office back in November that she had a hole in her yard (from where the dirt had settled like we tried to tell her) We explained to her again that that is why we leave a mound of dirt so when it settles there is not a hole. We also told her we would be happy to come back out to fill with dirt at an additional charge, for the dirt and labor which she did not want to pay. We at Reliable Septic Service feel we did everything possible to resolve this issue."
"Thanks for the good review, we really appreciate it! If you would like seed and straw we will be glad to come back out and put some down for you, we do try to do that upon customer request. Thanks again for such a good review and glad we could help."
I was told that they would be here between 8 and 12 and I received a call at 7:30 to let me know they were on there way. Jason, the owner, showed up first and he actually was working with his crew. He is very courteous and professional. It took about an hour from start to finish.
I would most definitely use Reliable Septic Service, LLC again and would recommend them to everyone.
Called for help due to water draining slowly and backing up in the house. Reliable understood the problem and was considerate to work me in this week, not making me wait through the weekend!
Jason and his men were prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and HONEST! They came as promised (calling to follow up with their ETA), quickly assessed the situation, and dug in the right area. They were very careful with surrounding plants, bushes, and lawn, and even put what they dug up on a tarp so as not to make a mess in the grass. After pumping the tank, they discovered a clog farther back in the line from the house that was caused by the high water level from recent rains. They were able to unclog the blockage without bringing in additional equipment, saving me additional expenses.
I appreciate how well Jason communicated and worked with me and with his men to get this job done. Once the main work was done, they replaced the dirt and grass and plants, then washed up to leave the area clean.
It is so nice to find a company that is trustworthy and reliable!! They are well named! Thanks, Angie's List. If not for you, my problem could have been a disaster. Instead, I found a great company that I will call again and also refer to others.
