Quicken Loans

I refinanced my mortgage with Quicken.  They took me from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year mortgage and lowered my payment by $150/month.  The process could not have been easier.  I was able to email them 95% of the information.  My cost was about $1500 total.  I will get this back in 10 months with the payment difference.  They were very professional to deal with.  They knew their stuff and were very customer friendly.  I would recommend them to anyone and will do business with them again for sure!!!

Because of a prolonged illness my credit was in bad shape, so I was not surprised that my first attempt at a home loan through Quicken was met with a denial. However, the person I contacted, Heather Wagner, encouraged me to consider a program thru Quicken called and quot;Fresh Startand quot;. Heather assured me that it was quite possible to clean up my credit and raise my score in as little as one year. Following Heather's advice I worked with Fresh Start to establish new lines of credit, and clean up some old negative items on my credit record. In exactly one year I contacted Heather again. Thus began a delightful and quot;journeyand quot; as Heather worked with me for almost 5 months, walking me thru every step of the process, as I did finally purchase a new home. Heather contacted me every week, or more often as needed, to update me on my loan status and encourage me in the very frustrating home buying process. Heather had the most amazing way of being both very professional, and very personal, at the same time. As the time for closing my loan approached I was able to use Quicken's website and quot;My QLand quot; to see exactly what documents I needed to submit, and to whom. I was able to electronically sign many documents saving much time. I can't say the stress of buying a new home was fun for me, but I can say Heather Wagner, and Quicken Loans, took as much of the stress and hassle out as was possible. I would use them again with no reservation.

It was the easiest mortgage I have ever done. This is the third time I have used them. They keep calling me saying that they will refinance for nothing, so why not?
