Gas Log Service
I had to cancel one appointment. He rescheduled and met me promptly for the second appointment. The service call took about 15 minutes and he did a bit more than just light the logs. He cleaned them and explained the problem to me. He did not charge me additionally for canceling the first appointment. He was courteous and professional. I will call upon him again if needed.
