Jimmie, 20/20's owner, arrived about 15 minutes early for our appointment. I felt like that was very professional and showed that he has a good work ethic. He asked me questions about the home, concerns that I already had, etc. He was very thorough before even beginning the inspection. He invited me to walk through the home with him if I wanted, but I declined. He discovered mold in the crawl space of the home and went ahead and told me about it before he left. He gave me the phone number of someone in the area to contact if we decided to move forward with the purchase that could take care of that for us.
The most impressive thing about his service was the report. He was very detailed-oriented and provided us with a lot of pictures which helped track down the issues very quickly. We've never had an inspector to do so much for us in such a professional manner for that price. We will definitely use him again in the future if we ever decide to relocate, and we'd recommend him to anyone else in the area who's looking for a great inspector who won't break your checking account.
