Plumb One Inc

Super happy with these guys. I discovered water in my basement late one Saturday night, and after cutting off the shut off valve in the house did no good, we had to go to the street to shut off the water from there. I started calling all the "24 hours" services and quickly discovered they weren't really offering 24 hours service. Called several companies, and no one could come until Monday.
A  friend recommended Plumb One.
They were at my home quickly, even though they had to bring the tractor/backhoe equipment...and they needed it, considering how deeply the pipe was buried. WIthin about an hour and a half or so, they had already found the leak, repaired it, and were replacing all the dirt.
Professional, courteous and prompt.
No one ever enjoys paying for these type of services but I think what I paid was fair, especially considering it was weekend work.

Toilet had been wobbly for quite some time and was getting dangerously worse. Called Plumb One in the morning and they had 2 men here by mid afternoon. Technicians arrived and went right to work. They recognized problem quickly and retrieved appropriate tools from truck. There was no way we could have done the job ourselves (though we had given it a try!). When finished they completely cleaned up after the job. Looked like a brand new toilet.
I liked the fact that they drove a service truck and wore shirts that clearly announced their business. Very professional. Would not hesitate to call them again if needed. Recommend!
