Kay takes every aspect of her business very seriously. Her communication with clients goes above and beyond. She responds to calls and text messages within minutes most of the time. She is always punctual- and if delayed at all - she will communicate why to you - she never leaves you wondering what is going on. She cleaned my home in Michigan as though it was her own. She is detailed, thorough and conscientious. If - by some chance - something was overlooked - she goes out of her way to creat a new system so that she never overlooks that issue again. In addition to her professional approach to business, she is just a very nice person. She is always upbeat and pleasant. If she is having a bad day in any way, you won’t know it. I would not hesitate to hire her again should she return to MIchigan and I definitely would not hesitate to recommend her.

Things I didnt think could get cleaned were cleaned! The inside of the microwave, under the lid of the stove ect. Grand job and great pricing. Cant beat it!
