BEWARE- RIP OFF - DISHONEST- SHOTTY WORK. Do not make the same mistake I made. I took my BMW in for a typical fender bender - right front fender. Lucassen destroyed the interior of my car, electrical system, used old parts and tried to pass them off as new, used parts on the grill that do not belong on my car, and attached them by zip ties, broke the wood grain panels from the car interior then superglued back on, broke the center console into pieces, broke the speaker cover in two, put a large dent on the outside of the passenger door. The side mirror in the door on the side the fender was replaced no longer works, the car will not even run now. Geico says Lucassen is not approved for their program so is not warranted and now I have to sue Lucassen. Lucassen employees, owner and owners father have lied to me the entire time I’ve dealt with them. Bad bad people.

I previously posted a good review but since then there have been more issues arise. I picked my car up the second time and the water pump was leaking and rattling. The day before it wasn't. This is the same issue with my power steering. It worked when I gave them the car, it failed when I received it. So, in one day I drove the car and it was fine. The very next day after they had the car back to make right some bad quality work, the water pump is out. This was after I got a little frustrated with them. My mechanic just looked at the water pump that was leaking and said the problem was there were 3 bolts not tight. He could tell by looking at them because the other bolts were dirty and had road grime on the bolts but the loose ones were cleaned off like someone had very recently tried to remove the pump. He asked me if I had loosened three bolts and I said no.

When I picked the car up it was not finished. The driver side seat control panel was screwed on with a sheet metal screw. They were going to give it to me that way until I saw it. 

The glove box latch was broken.

The power steering system was leaking. It was not when I returned them the car (for the second time)

When I returned it the third time they had fixed only one thing on the list. I picked up the car and am waiting for them to get parts and then they are going to get my glass tinted.

Also miraculously over night while sitting at their shop my water pump had a major fluid leak and making a really loud noise. I drove it 5 miles the day before to return it an while they had it for 24 hours the water pump bolts became loose and caused me to have water pump work done.

I would recommend to NEVER use this company. Disregard my previous post. The failure of my power steering and the day after I got irate with them suddenly the water pump bolts are loose and I am leaking.

In addition read about the stuff that went on the first time they had the car.

What seemed a simple dent pulling or even drilling and pulling the roof dent off became a major job. They had to cut off the roof and find a replacement and weld it on. In addition, there where dents all around the car and they removed those and touched up and painted as required. The repair time was about 4 weeks waiting on parts. I picked up the vehicle and parked it for 2 weeks. When I got home my car was full of water and there was condensate on all the windows. The floor board was full of water. In addition my black leather seats where completely covered on mold. The seats where black leather but the looked white from the mold. I  returned the car to them and they said they would fix this and also remove the seats and clean the mold out as good as possible. They missed a couple things so I again took it back. They were very responsive so Danny took ownership and but the wheels in motion, over night shipping of all needed parts and installed them. All they missed was to re-tint the new back glass which I am taking the car to have that done but they are paying.

This is a case of Murphy's law and just about anything that could go wrong did.

I am writing this not to show they did anything wrong, but to show no matter the issue they made it right.

They do excellent work and I recommend them highly. These problems were not foreseeable but they corrected every single one.

The work was paid for by the other person's insurance. We dropped by Lucassen's for an estimate and were finished within 15 minutes. They worked with the insurance company to be sure the vehicle was repaired with quality parts. For example, the insurance company wanted to use a used door panel, but Lucassen would not accept the quality of the used part and ended up ordering a new one. The work was completed when promised and was excellent. We have used them several times and have been completely satisfied every time.

They were wonderful and fast. I would recommend them to family and friends.
