They came out to clean my pool and they brought their kit out with no equipment or anything, pressure washer or anything.  He left the last 6 inches like 10 x 10 area of a brown area at the bottom of my pool, which he did not explain.  He refilled it.  I am going to have to have the whole process done again because they did not do it right, they never checked up on it.  They never came back and put the chemicals in.  They just charged the whole bunch of money and split.  I would not use them for anything.  They were terrible.  I literally had to take the kit out, some cleaner.  They emptied the pool but they did not get that last 4 inches out of the bottom of the most concentrated trash and so when they filled the pool backup despite algaecides, shock treatments, and clarifiers and everything else; at one point I could almost see the bottom.  That is how bad it was.  Why they did not suck that last lid out and clean out the bottom is just beyond me.  It was just absolutely terrible.  They came out twice; once to drain the pool and they put a vacuum device in.  The whole bottom of the pool was just brown.  I just could not believe it.  It was so bad.  Most pool companies who come in, they suck every drop of water out.  Then pressure wash with chlorine the entire sides and everything, suck all that out and then they'll fill the pool.  The real problem is to fill 30000 gallons of water in the pool, water is not cheap.  He never finished the work.  He left all the trash in the bottom of the pool.  He did come out when he said he was going to come out but once he split, it was ruined already.

We ultimately researched the recommendadtion and ordered the system recommended. We have been extremely satisfied with how the system has performed.

I called and Randall, the owner of Water Wizard came to see me on a Saturday, which was wonderful because I work full time. My pool liner was badly torn and needed to be replaced. I found his name and number on the Better Business Bureau as a Satisfactory Business. He brought samples and gave me a price. I had asked three other pool repair companies for pricing and all three had additional charges for this or that. Mr. Taylor did not try to upcharge me at all. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He came out as promised the following Tuesday and removed the old liner. He estimated two weeks from start to finish but was finished installing the liner in 9 days and it was ready for filling. He came out and spent time with me teaching me how to care for the pool. I would highly recommend them. He was honest, fast, reliable and exceeded my expectations.
