I have been with them about twenty years, since Verizon first came on the scene. At that time their cost, roaming and their towers were very effective during that time. They had a broad range of cell usage and I travel a lot with my job. I never had any problems is what I am trying to say. The quality is great and

I'm happy with the product, but I'm not happy with the service. I wanted to get a new phone, but they said it would take two years before I could upgrade. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous. I haven't had any other problems.
