They charged me for 3 treatments for army worms. Later I found out that you can only kill them when hatching. It also seemed that they always found something more that needed done. I was almost Or even over $500 when I dropped them. I switched to Brownell Landscaping and he is doing a great job.

They are profession when they come to your house and talk to you. I am probably not going to renew with them. I don't think I am getting my money's worth because I can go outside now and see weeds on my friends lawn.

This is a BAD company. They lie to get your business, and then they do not follow through on the commitments made. They are the worst lawn company I have ever dealt with and one of the worst businesses I have ever encountered. The most recent customer service rep I dealt with informed me that I had been "misled" by other employees. No, that would be lied to. I think that is their business model. They lie (which they call "misled") and never accept responsibility for the fraudulent actions of their employees.

It's good. They do what they are supposed to do. It's done very quick. They come, they do and they move one. I've never had any issues with them.

Called first. Showed up when promised. Treated lawn. Very professional.

Weeding results tbd. Not sure if fertilizer is the best quality...again tbd. Still waiting for the shrub treatment. I'm a bit skeptical on buying a years worth of services. My neighbor just got rid of them after 7 months. We'll see.

We like our lawn fertilization service; it has kept our lawn looking healthy and green.  The technicians have always been friendly (sometimes we don't see them, if we aren't at home) and seem to do a good job.  Our yard is pretty and it looks healthy.  My main issue is with the company calling fairly regularly, regarding services after I've already turned them down.  It's one thing to get an occasional phone call (though I really even prefer not to receive them -- I do understand this is how business is often made), but I'd prefer not to receive multiple calls after I've already turned down a service.  It may've been an oversight on the company's part, but still something I have an issue with.  Otherwise, we enjoy having a healthy lawn!

The servicemen do a good job. But I don’t really care for their office people as far as if I have to talk to somebody. They have done a good job as far as the guys that do the work. The actual people who come out to do the lawn work are very helpful, but the people in the office are not as polite as they possibly could be.

The service was fine. The techs were professional and courteous. However, billing was a nightmare! I pre-paid for 6 months of service. I have no idea now how mush I payed. I told the person I spoke to on the phone that after the 6 months were over I would assess the service and decide if, IF, I wanted to continue. Well, the 6 months came and went and I basically forgot all about it, until I received a bill. Apparently, the 6 months had passed without my noticing and they just kept on coming. They even called around this time and I told them I wasn't sure if I was going to renew. Well, they still kept coming. I guess they came about 3 times after the 6 months was over and now the wanted me to pay for the times they came without my permission. I called and got the runaround, so I allied a few days later and got a very nice lady who took care of it, but in the meantime they (collections, I assume) called and called to the point I refused to answer. Anyway it all got sorted out eventually, but it was a real hassle.
