 + -1 moreThey did a thorough, excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves. They came when they said they would. It was easy to get a hold of them.
Description of Work: They repaired the drywall on my walls and ceiling. They repaired the basement staircase.

 + -1 moreMr Lamberth is quite a charmer and seems to be extremely nice. He makes a great con man.
Description of Work: This contractor gets you to sign a contract, begins work and collects a draw. After that he does not show up for weeks and goes to other jobs. He then comes back and does a little more, collects draw and disappears again so that you are in to him and cannot hire another contractor. He remodeled an 800 square feet guest house and it took FIVE (5) months to complete. He also tries not to live up to the terms of contract. My contract called for glass doors on the shower stall, when I asked why he was putting in a shower curtain he told me it would cost me $l,500.00 for a glass door. I showed him that it was in the contract for a glass door and his answer was: "well, I will give you back the money I charged you for the glass door." I refused and demanded the glass door. Also, I had a one-year warranty on any problems and when I called for electrical problems, he refused to answer my calls.
