I bought a house that needs renovations (extensive) but no additions. I called them when I had a contract on the house and they said that they don't work with clients unless the own the house. Understandable I guess.
I am now a month into and $100K reno with another company. The reno will be finished Oct 15.

This contractor was very easy to work with and his crew was very professional. The work was completed on time and with quality workmanship. They also did a great job cleaning up after the construction.I would definitely use them again for other remodeling projects.

He was very professional from the start. He provided references and the references couldn't say enough good things about him. He subcontracted work and was there to assure that the work was done timely and done well. He did a walk through with me before he asked for final payment. He wanted to be sure I was satisfied. I plan on using him again.
