The Wire Doctor

Mr. Cassidy of The Wire Doctor came out and inspected the GFCI outlet. He determined the outlet was defective and replaced the outlet. Very reasonable and excellent service.

The Wire Doctor (Gorman) completed a variety of tasks for us recently, including replacement of room fans, exhaust fans in bathrooms and a shower, and installation of motion sensing lights, etc. Our experience with the Wire Doctor was outstanding. He was timely, professional, and the rates were reasonable. Gorman's initial visit to our home to discuss what we needed was very helpful and his suggestions that some of the things we thought we needed were not very cost effective were most appreciated. Gorman kept us informed as the scheduled date for service approached. He did excellent work and cleaned up any messes created. In fact, he cleaned up a mess in the attic that was created by a former service provider! I have the highest regards for the Wire Doctor and am pleased to highly recommend him for any electrical work. Excellent service!

I was very pleased at the end of the project. Everything was completed professionally and I'm confident it was done right the first time. Gorman and Brad also took the time to advise me on other potential projects that I asked them about and I will definitely call them to complete this work in the future. The only issues were scheduling challenges. They are clearly over-booked and worked me in between larger projects. Gorman discounted his pricing to thank me for my flexibility--a very meaningful concession. In summary, it was a very good experience.

Excellent service. Came out promptly and on time. Quickly evaluated the problem. Was not afraid to climb through the attic during the middle of summer. Very personable. Will use them for all my home electrical needs in the future.
