Charged over $300 for 118 minutes of work...cleaning 2 bathrooms , one bedroom , a kitchen without appliances...after a rental move out..when tenants had previously also done a great job cleaning. Then tried to charge us even more...a week later.

When I called for the service, I explained that I had health issues and really needed help in picking up because of my back.  I repeated that when they arrived and they kind of got upset.  They kept running in and out of my house to talk to each other and on the phone.  That price was for well less than 1000 sq feet which was mostly already clean

They are very prompt and come in and get out in a hurry. They overcharge for their service; they charge $185 every time they come, which is a little too much. They are not particularly responsive to complaints. I would not use them anymore.

The Maids come to ours and my mom's homes once every two weeks (mom's house is less costly than ours since it has less square footage). The ladies do a wonderful job in a short period of time (approximately one hour for our home) because there are always at least 3 ladies on the team (more during holiday time). Our team consists of the same individuals each week. Check out The Maids (as we did). They're bonded/insured, well-trained, and the backgrounds of the employees are thoroughly checked before they are employed.
