T&K Cleaning Service

This cleaning service has a young lady by the name Kelly and she is absolutely unprofessional.  I did give this service 4 extra chances.  There cleaning is lousy.  They do organize well. Claim to use topnotch cleaning products obviously not true. Used cheap bleach on my floors which left the whole kitchen stinking like dirty mop water.  Do not know the concept of leaving wood floor clean.  Also left mirrors dirty its like they always forgot about them.  Also in the sinks the toothpaste stain was always still left.  More than one time did not  sweep under couches, I did let them know the second time and they fixed right there and then.  Leave floors with foot marks of their sneakers when they mop which defeats purpose of mopping. Just wipe off stove but not left clean.   They did not scrub the toilets. The worst part is that when I stop using them. They asked me why and I kindly responded back with what was wrong.  Their response was to go off on a rant how they are the best and how I am lying and how she gets the last word. There are many ways to respond and if she felt offended I understand but what you do not do is go off on a client even after they tell you to stop texting and after no money is due.  The better choice would have been to just say ok thank you and we hope you can consider us in the future blah blah...  I would never recommend this place and if she is not an owner i would definitely get rid of someone like this that represents the company.  She is absolutely immature and uneducated.
