They did a lot of work. I think the price was fine.

I don't remember the exact time.  It's not a great deal in my life to have the carpet cleaned.  We've used them several times.

They put everything up on those little block things.  They do a good job cleaning.  Before when we had it cleaned, they Scotch-Guarded the carpet.  I'm gonna call them today.  At this point I just wanna get the hallway and the living room done - the tough areas.  It takes maybe a couple hours to clean the carpet, an hour and a half; it wasn't too long.

They were very nice and very pleasant.  They were also very professional.  They did it very quickly; maybe an hour.  They were right on time.

They are so nice. They know me now because I have had my carpet and furniture done several times. They just have my price because I have called them enough times. We have used them so many times that they do things at a much lower cost, and they do beautiful work. I have my three year old grandson living here, and my carpet gets a working whenever I have got a three year old. I enjoy people who are personable, and come in, and are professional enough to get the job done, but are nice enough to be kind and be happy to do the work. They were just really nice the first time they came out and they did a really good job. I don't forget things like that. I am loyal beyond compare when somebody treats me well. I will stick with them if they are good to me.

I like the price and they did a fine job. I would use them again. They were very nice and considerate.

The service was pretty good. No stains left. It was a new house and we took care not to destroy the rug. Hair was the only thing the machine couldn't much about. But the carpet looked good afterwards.

The only thing I was dismayed about was the amount of time they were here, which was only about 45 minutes for 3 rooms of carpet.

Prompt professional service with spot treatments and excellent removal of stained areas.

I called Stanley Steemer and they had an opening that afternoon. They were at my house within 30 minutes. I lucked out, they had just finished a house about a mile away from mine.
