 + 0 moreService Contracting, LLC is a company that does what they say they will do. They came out, surveyed the issue, and returned with an estimate. When they arrived to assess the problem, they brought me a copy of their license and reviews from other customers with references. When they wrote up the estimate, they called me and scheduled an appointment to review the estimate with me. They were very punctual. The job was tedious. It involved crawling under the house each day. They repaired the rotted floor joists and added jacks under the house to stabilize the floor that had shifted from the floor supports being compromised. They returned several times to adjust and check the stability of the floor. Each person was courteous and professional. I have called them for another job and am using them again. It was wonderful to FINALLY find a contractor with integrity and stands behind his work.
Description of Work: Replaced rotted floor joists under kitchen sink and leveled floor- involved working under house in crawl space

Always on time and reliable, checked often on work progress and supervised at all times, completed the job on time, very responsive to any questions, changes - family business with personal service.
Description of Work: Sunroom addition, kitchen renovation. Enclosed a former screen porch to make a sunroom - flooring, windows, walls, ceiling, fan, etc; kitchen reno including flooring, paint, cabinets, granite tops, sink, new pantry, pot rack.
