An estimate of dollars and time was provided. The work started on the date and time promised. Each day during the project the workers showed up on time and worked straight through to completion time each day. No days were skipped and I never had to call to find out why people had not shown up to work. The work was completed a half-day ahead of the schedule they provided, for the exact price of the estimate, and they did an excellet job. Total time for the job was 7.5 workdays.
