I wish we had hired Mrs. Wilson sooner!  We found her and hired her to manage our property right after we had to evict a renter for not paying rent and trashing the place...a problem that seems to be common in Montgomery.  She took over all the details of getting the place cleaned up, repaired and back up for rent.  She had a new renter in the house in a month!  We couldn't be happier with her methods and communication.  There are obvious advantages to hiring a property manager, one of which is her contacts in the community.  She knows contractors and cleaning crews and was able to get us great prices for the work they performed.  She treats each house as if it were her own and I would definitely recommend her services!
