The cleaning lady is very sweet. But she has progressively gotten worse. Things that she absolutley cannot do are:Load dishwasherShe is not thorough nor is she detailed. She has spilled bleach on my carpets, consistanly handles my shower curtain with gloves covered in bleach-like substances (Comet maybe). She breaks things but doesn't report any breakages.
It's unpleasant to have to grill my family within an inch of their lives over things that were damaged or destroyed by someone that I PAY to clean! If she would have left some little note of admission/ apology, it would have saved some rather unpleasant family encounters. The house, on a positive note, smells clean, she shows up (for the most part) on time and ready to dig in. But my house isn't messy to begin with, so if someone is not attuned to details, the sloppiness of the "cleaning" really stands out.
Okay, so the problem areas are: (1). not really a professional cleaner (cannot detect any training) (2). She breaks things or stains things, but doesn't tell me about the damages (3). I am missing jewelry. Not overly expensive stuff, but very well liked and now I'm really ticked!
