Recently, the armoire became infested with dormant powder post beetles, and we could no longer use it. I wrote to the owner, Cyril Tucci, and sent pictures of the damage. Despite the lapse in time, he refunded our money and picked up the armoire free of charge. Mr. Tucci's dedication to customer service and satisfaction is exceptional, making this the best business transaction I have ever experienced.
