McConnell Honda

Bennett stayed late on Friday to ensure that the Odyssey was loaded for delivery and did not charge me for providing this assistance. My coordination with Bennett was very professional and  friendly and I greatly appreciate his help with this effort.

This truly was a great experience.

I feel like they know the vehicle and I get the best repair.

The service department could improve their overall customer service.

The staff was very courteous and i'm glad I didn't have to wait long. They get your car and after inspecting it, they tell you what service you need. Only thing I don't like is that they come in they waiting room, where you and EVERYBODY else is waiting, to tell you all the problems your car has plus the cost. Everyone's looking your face and you're looking in theirs. They need to take the customer somewhere a Lil more private when delivering the "damage". I usually can't pay for everything that's suggested to be done but why is that everyone's business?

This was the tenth new car I have purchased from McConnell. I purchased the CRV from a salesman, Richard Brown. It is the fifth vehicle I have bought from Richard. The other salesmen are good, but Mr. Brown is my favorite. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles McConnell sells and is very pleasant. I have constantly rated Mr. Brown as exceptional in Honda surveys. He always follows up after the sale to see how the car is doing. I notice that he never hounds a person who comes into the dealership to push them to buy a car. At most car dealerships they are all over you as you walk in the door and don't leave you alone. One of the main reasons I switched to McConnell.

My service representative is Ms. Tara McCord. She is another reason why I bought the new car from McConnell. Ms. McCord is always able to get me a quick service appointment and most of the time I am able to wait while the car is serviced. While waiting she keeps me posted on how the service is coming along. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Honda lineup of new vehicles and can answer any question I may ask. I have always had my Honda vehicles serviced at McConnell Honda even after they are out of warranty. They have an excellent service department and it is nice when the dealership knows the customers and their vehicles. I always rate Ms. McCord as exceptional in Honda surveys.

They are the dealers. The car is not under warranty, but I just haven't had any major stuff go wrong and if I did, I would go to the dealer. They are just very courteous, very thorough and I think that they are reasonably priced. They get me in and out quickly and there is a nice little waiting room because I usually wait rather than go home and come back. They will call the next day to make sure all the work was done if they did any work. They just seem to care. The price was A to me because I don't shop around.
