Lee's Construction

Gave Lawrence Lee $2500 to repair a fence and to put in a new air conditioner, Took him over a month to a star the job. Kept calling & texting him about the completion date. He would not respond .When he finally put in the supposedly new air conditioner, it tore up. Would not respond to calls & texts to repair it. After fives days he got it running, but it torn up again two weeks later. Had to hire someone else to fix it, he did not show up to fix. I was told by the other person I hired to fix the air conditioner that the unit was made in 2007/not new and was not under warranty as I had been told by Mr. Lee, Repeatedly asked mr. lee for the warranty on the unit. He still have not responded to my request. Mr. Lee was given $500 for supplies to repair a fence. When he had not completed or started the job in more than 3 month. I asked him to return my money. I was told it was for work he had already done. He would not return my money.

I have called him several times. No one has answered the phone. Tried going to the business, and no one is there. Gave him my money, and hasn't been in contact since.

Mr. Lee seemed to be a nice person but he hasn't called or come back yet. He told me he needed $250 down and I think the estimate was $785 but I am not sure. I am waiting for him to come back. He comes when he says he will but lets me know if he can't make it here on time.

Mr. Lee and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, worked all day, and cleaned up before they left each time. The work was completed in a timely manner and looked fantastic. I am very satisfied with his services. He was upfront about the amount of work he recommended be done to make my house look it's best, but was respectful of all the decisions I made. He made sure I was satisfied with the work before accepting payment. Will definitely use him for any future projects.
